The Village Square Restaurant

This restaurant, situated at The Sunny Coast Resort Club in Qawra Bay Malta, boasts a novel concept, a design related to typical facade fixtures normally found in rural Maltese villages. It also has two arches giving the restaurant an aqueduct effect.

 

The fixtures which range from the traditional local balcony to the typical niche, are embellished with a limestone floor and wall trimmings. Lighting is made up of outdoor medieval lamps giving it a typical Maltese village square effect, hence the name.

 

The Village Square Restaurant has built its reputation for its cuisine with a varied a la carte menu comprising of local and international dishes and a Table d'hôte menu changing daily. The regular local diners are a proof of this restaurant's success.
